  Very rude and disrespectful people. Had to wait to even get help when going into the store kept helping others in front of me... Then I get multiple items and have to pay right then for then but have to wait a few days for them to get time to deliver them then they only deliver part of tlit bc the couch was broken. And the bed was broken but they still delivered it. After a week of no couch I told them to come get the love seat and ottoman. And told the main guy that I wanted monthly payments in stead of weekly payments and so when they picked up the loveseat ( without calling ahead of time... I was still in my night gown) I paid 3 weeks in advance. Then I got a phone call that Friday saying I was late on my payment I said no I'm not I paid up 3 weeks, the next week I got a call same thing... By now I'm pissed. Then my payment was due on Saturday the 3rd we were out of town and I honestly forgot to pay it before leaving town. I thought I can pay it on Monday no big deal... My grandpa died Monday morning going to rent one was the last thing on my mind... Then Tuesday I had to take my daughter to St Louis for surgery they called and I didn't answer but my boyfriend did. He told them we were out of town my grandpa had passed and it was the last thing I was worried about... And it was getting rediculous they were calling multiple times a day only being 3 days late. Well you would think they would be a little more companionate and understanding that we have had a lot going on and we have already been in contact with them telling them yes we will be in to make the payment. Well now being only 8 days late they show up at my house at 8 o'clock at night to get this bed. Where am I supposed to get a bed to sleep on at 8 o'clock at night? I am disabled and I have 2 young girls and a newborn baby, and I just had a C-section so I already can't do much and my nerves and depression are not good. All of this they know. But they do not care. Rude, heartless, disrespectful, couldn't give them a worse review. Would have never went there if I wasnt desperate to find something fast until I could get something else.
